Kizuka Law Office

My office is a tiny and small one but having somewhat principles. It's "The law office for the weak people". So I don't accept the strong people's legal request. Neither do I have any relation with the non lawyers illegal working group.

If you have any legal troubles in Japan, come and consult my office. I start from hearing you. And I'll do my best  what is best for you during your residential period.

My office's policy is that the judiciary (especially lawyers) should be more and more familiar to the weak.

Socially vulnerable people (all children and women, men who are socially bullied and foreign residents (English-speaking and Chinese-speaking countries)), those who have derailed their path (criminal defense), All juvenile delinquents (juvenile cases), please come along.

"I'm suffering from bullying without reason. The other person is stronger, but I'm weak. There is absolutely justice for me." Let the law be your ally. Get the courts on your side. Use the law as a weapon to negotiate with a lawyer and sue. There are as many laws in this world as there are stars. But the law is not just for the strong. There are many laws that protect the weak. Therefore, the weak should be protected by the law more and more. Let's put a lot of laws on your side that protect such weak people. I will support you.

I personally believe that basic human rights are all about respecting one's individuality. It's not a strict article about the constitution, but it's enough that people can live as they are, and that the country and people around them don't look down too much. And it is a human right to be recognized for who you are.

Everyone lives only once. Just as the strong live freely in their own way, the weak also have a way of living in their own way. I think it's a basic human right to respect it equally. And I feel that having the weak, who make up the majority of the world, recognize their right to live in their own way is the true meaning of respect for basic human rights.

As far as I know, most of the judges I met during my legal apprenticeship had a genuinely simple sense of justice. That's why the judiciary is still alive and well in Japan. Even the weak are saved enough. Of course, it won't make you a lot of money, but the courts will make fair decisions from a social justice standpoint. At first glance, it looks like we will lose, but it is possible to reconcile through reason. But if you don't sue, the judiciary won't be on your side (no sue, no trial). Moreover, the lawsuit is a last-minute legal battle between professionals called lawyers. The reality is that even if you go to court as an amateur, you can't win against professionals, and judges don't favor amateurs.

If you are a weak person and you are a lawyer with such a background, please feel free to contact us.

First of all, please tell me about your painful feelings, even if it is anonymous, as much as you can (lawyers have a legal duty of confidentiality). unlimited time

And if you believe that we can be trusted, please ask for legal solutions.

After that, we will find laws and judicial precedents that can be on your side, construct them, negotiate with the strong, bring lawsuits if necessary, and argue in court. And together, let's work together to bring your justice to justice! And let the cherry blossoms bloom again in your own life!

Japan is a law-abiding country. The judiciary is alive and well. We will help you.
